The 2026 CAR Group Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held on Friday 30 October 2026 at 11am (AEDT).

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of CAR Group is Friday, 11 September 2026.

Further details regarding the AGM will be provided in the Notice of Meeting which will be made available to shareholders and the ASX in September 2026.
